1. Order & Acceptance

 All orders placed on yhoja.com are subject to availability and confirmation.

 Orders are processed only after successful payment. If the payment fails or remains pending, the order will not be initiated.

 Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team reviews the details and confirms acceptance via email, WhatsApp, or phone.

 Orders may be cancelled or modified only before they are processed for delivery. Once an item is prepared or dispatched, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.

 For custom orders (e.g., specific flower types, personalized combos), confirmation may take longer based on availability and design feasibility.  During peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and other high-demand occasions, due to a large volume of orders, some deliveries may be fulfilled the next day. In such cases, we prioritize based on order time, location, and availability, and appreciate your understanding.

In case of natural calamities, heavy rains, strikes, curfews, or emergency situations, delivery may be delayed. Refunds will not be provided in such scenarios, but we will ensure the delivery is completed as soon as conditions improve or as per your convenience.

 While we ensure that every product meets our high standards of freshness and quality, slight variations in appearance may occur due to seasonal availability and natural product differences. In rare cases of damage or quality issues, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos for resolution.

 We reserve the right to cancel any order in rare cases of:

o Non-availability of selected items o Unserviceable delivery location o Payment failure or suspected fraud

2. Delivery Policy

      yhoja.com currently offers delivery services in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane. We are working to expand to more cities soon.

We provide same-day delivery, as well as scheduled, early morning (7:00 AM – 9:00 AM), and midnight delivery (11:00 PM – 12:00 AM) options at additional charges.

      While we strive to deliver within the selected time slots, exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed due to external factors like traffic, weather, or high-order volume.

              If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address:

o Re-delivery must be scheduled within 24 hours. If not, the order will be considered cancelled and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

      On peak occasions (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), deliveries may be prioritized based on time, location, and route efficiency. Some orders may be delivered on the next day if same-day fulfillment is not possible.

      In case of natural calamities or city-wide disruptions, deliveries may be delayed. We will reschedule based on your convenience, but no refund will be issued for delays caused by such conditions.

3. Return & Refund Policy

             At yhoja.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

However, due to the perishable and personalized nature

of our products (flowers, cakes, plants, etc.), returns are generally not accepted once an order is delivered.

              Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • The product was not delivered due to a service failure from our side.
  • The product delivered was completely incorrect (e.g., wrong item or wrong recipient).
  • There is a genuine quality issue, and the complaint is submitted within the allowed time window. In such cases, we will offer a replacement only.

Refunds will not be provided for quality complaints.

              Complaint timelines (with clear photo/video proof):

  • Flowers / Cakes: within 2 hours of delivery o Plants: within 24 hours of delivery

      Once a complaint is verified and accepted, a replacement will be arranged. If replacement is not possible (due to location or item unavailability), alternate resolution will be offered at our discretion.

              Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided

by the customer

  • Unavailability or refusal by the recipient o Delays due to traffic, rain, strike, or other

uncontrollable events

  • Complaint raised beyond the mentioned time frame o Redelivery not scheduled within 24 hours after a

failed attempt

      Delivery charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

      In case of seasonal unavailability, we may substitute flowers, cakes, or items with similar products of equal or higher value without prior notice.

4. Product Substitution Policy

At yhoja.com, we aim to fulfil every order exactly as requested. However, due to seasonal changes, supply limitations, or local unavailability, some products or materials may not be in stock at the time of delivery. In such cases, we follow the substitution policy below:

      If the same colour flowers are not available, we will use flowers of a different colour that closely match the design and theme.

      If the same flower variety is unavailable, we will replace it with a similar flower of equal or higher quality.

      If the same wrapping paper or packaging material is not available, we will use a similar and premium alternative.

      If the same glass vase is not available, we will use a similar style and size of glass vase.

      If the same flavour of cake is not available, we will substitute it with a similar or most suitable flavour.

      If the exact time slot for delivery cannot be met due to unforeseen circumstances, we may reschedule the delivery to a nearby slot.

we will make every possible effort to contact the sender before making any substitutions.

However, if we are unable to reach the sender, we will proceed with the best suitable alternative.

This is done to ensure that the operation remains smooth and the delivery is completed on time, especially during urgent or high-demand situations. We guarantee that all substitutions will be made with the utmost care, keeping the occasion, aesthetics, and value in mind.

5. Limitation of Liability

At yhoja.com, we take every effort to provide high-quality products and timely delivery. However, by using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following limitations:

      yhoja.com, its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: o Traffic conditions o Weather disturbances (heavy rain, storms, etc.) o Natural calamities (floods, earthquakes, etc.) o Strikes, government-imposed restrictions, or other force majeure events

      Minor variations in flower color, design, packaging, or cake appearance may occur due to seasonal availability or product nature. Such variations shall not be considered defects or grounds for any compensation or refund claims.

              We do not accept liability for: o Emotional distress or sentimental loss caused by delivery delays or variations

o Personal dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations or recipient preferences

      In all circumstances, the maximum liability of yhoja.com shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question.

6. Intellectual Property

      All content on yhoja.com, including text, images, product photos, graphics, logos, and website design, is the exclusive property of yhoja.com.

      No part of the website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written permission.

      The yhoja.com name, logo, and branding are trademarks owned by us. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

      Any violation of our intellectual property rights may lead to legal action.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

      These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

      In case of any dispute arising from the use of our services or related to these Terms, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai Maharashtra.
